Shipping policy

At PrintsMuse, all of our products are digital, made-to-order birthday videos. We do not ship any physical items. Your order will be delivered electronically via email and/or a download link.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All personalized birthday videos are created manually based on the details you provide (name, age, message, etc.).

  • Our standard processing time is within 72 hours (3 days) from the moment your payment is successfully completed and we receive all required customization details.

  • In most cases, orders are delivered much faster, often within 24 hours, but we ask you to allow up to 72 hours during busy periods.

2. How You Receive Your Video

  • Once your video is ready, we will send it to the email address you provided at checkout.

  • You will receive:

    • A preview or download link to your personalized video

    • Any additional instructions needed to download or use the file

Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your order.

3. Time Zones & Delays

  • Our processing time is counted in hours, not specific working days, so weekend and holiday orders are still processed.

  • However, during peak seasons (such as holidays or school vacation periods), there may be slight delays. If we anticipate any delay beyond 72 hours, we will do our best to inform you.

4. Incorrect Email / Failed Delivery

If you do not receive your video within 72 hours:

  1. Please first check your spam/junk folder.

  2. Search your inbox for “PrintsMuse” or your order number.

  3. If you still cannot find your order, contact us at:

If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, we can resend your order once you provide the correct details.

5. No Physical Shipping

  • PrintsMuse sells digital products only.

  • There are no physical shipments, no postal delivery, and no traditional shipping carriers involved.

  • As a result, there are no shipping fees.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each video is custom-made, we begin working on your order shortly after it is placed.

  • If you need to correct your child’s name, age, or message, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

  • Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel the order, but we will do our best to help with minor corrections.
