How long until my video arrives?
Standard production is 2–3 days. The 24-hour rush option moves your order to the front of the queue if the birthday is sooner.
I typed the name wrong — can you fix it?
Yes, if the video hasn't been produced yet. Send your order number and the correct spelling as soon as you notice and we'll change it before it goes out.
I haven't received my video.
Check your spam folder and any address you may have mistyped at checkout, then send us your order number. We can resend the file to a different email address.
Can I get a video in another language?
We produce in English, French, Dutch, German, Italian and Spanish. Choose the language at checkout — the narration and the on-screen text both follow it.
Is there a faster way than email?

Do you take custom requests?
