What is PrintsMuse?
PrintsMuse is a small digital studio making personalised birthday videos for children and, more recently, for grown-ups too. You choose a theme, tell us the name, the age and the message you want said out loud, and we produce a short Full HD video built around that one child.
There is no box, no courier, no tracking number. The video arrives by email, ready to play on a phone at the breakfast table or on the TV in front of the whole party — and it stays yours afterwards.

PrintsMuse did not begin as a catalogue. Each part of it came from a question a real customer asked.

The first video was made for a single birthday. The reaction it got answered the question we had been circling: a gift can feel hand-made and still be arranged in an evening.
First year
From one theme to a real catalogue
Parents kept asking for the theme their child was obsessed with that year. Every request that came back twice became a new product, and the add-ons — a photo in the scene, a faster turnaround — came from the same place.
2025
A proper company behind the store
PrintsMuse became part of RDEeX LLC, and the studio grew to a team of three. Production moved from something improvised into a repeatable process — which is what made same-week delivery reliable rather than lucky.
2026
Beyond children's birthdays, and beyond one language
An adult line arrived for the roast-your-best-friend and the romantic message, and seasonal editions followed for Christmas, Sinterklaas and Halloween. The catalogue also opened up to French, German, Italian and Spanish, alongside English and Dutch.

How long does it take to get my video?
Standard production is 2–3 days. If the birthday is sooner than that, a rush option moves your order to the front of the queue and gets the video to you within 24 hours.
What do you need from me when I order?
The child's name, the age they're turning, the language you want, and the message you'd like included. That's typed into the order form at checkout — it takes about two minutes.
Which languages can the video be in?
English, French, Dutch, German, Italian and Spanish. You choose at checkout, and both the narration and the on-screen text follow your choice.
Can you put my child's photo in the video?
Yes — the photo add-on places a picture you send inside the video, so your child appears alongside the characters. You can add it to any birthday video at checkout.
How is the video delivered, and what do I get?
By email, as a Full HD video file. There's nothing to ship and nothing to install. Download it, play it from your phone or TV, and keep it for as long as you like.
What if I made a mistake in the name or message?
Email us at contact@printsmuse.com as soon as you notice. If your video hasn't been produced yet, we'll correct it before it goes out.
Can I share the video with family and friends?
Yes. Send it to grandparents, play it at the party, put it in the family group chat. Our videos are fan-made and intended for private, non-commercial use.
